Toad AR is an App created for one of London's most popular bakeries, Toad Bakery. Known for its long morning queues and strong social media presence, Toad Bakery wanted to offer something unique and playful to its customers. In collaboration with the bakery owners, we conceptualized a fun and engaging AR experience that aligns with their love for unconventional designs. The app features a face filter of a funny toad, inspired by their logo, allowing customers to enjoy a whimsical interaction. Additionally, it includes a logo detection feature that transforms the surroundings into a playful toad-themed environment. Toad AR was developed using SwiftUI and Reality Composer, while the illustrations were crafted in Blender. This project not only enhances customer engagement but also strengthens the bakery's distinctive brand identity.
